Özak Dragos has been designed in accordance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code (TBDY-2018).
Structural and seismic analyses were conducted using internationally recognized software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000. The project consists of 5 blocks with 2 basement floors + ground floor + 13 floors, designed as a compact and rigid structure without soft-story formation. High-ductility reinforced concrete shear wall systems were used, with a minimum wall thickness of 35 cm, and 40 cm in basement retaining walls.
The buildings are constructed on a reinforced concrete raft foundation system designed to safely transfer all vertical and horizontal loads to the ground. The raft foundation thickness is 150 cm under the buildings and 70 cm in parking areas. C40 concrete is used in the superstructure and C35 in the foundation, with B420C high-strength ribbed steel reinforcement.
Comprehensive geotechnical studies were carried out, and the soil class was determined as ZB according to TBDY-2018. As part of soil improvement, a total of 689 bored piles with a diameter of 80 cm were constructed to ensure safe load-bearing capacity and minimize settlement.
The project is located on two parcels and consists of a total of 5 blocks.
On parcel 29, Block A has 11 apartments per floor, while Block B has 8 apartments per floor.
On parcel 30, Blocks C, D, and E each have 5 apartments per floor.
All blocks are planned as ground + 13 floors.
