A minimum of 5 cm, 70 kg/m³ mineral wool membrane sound insulation and double wall system is applied between independent units. Between floors, a system consisting of 5 mm cross-linked polyethylene layer + 2–12 cm XPS + EPS foam for underfloor heating is used.

The project consists of a total of 67 residences: 20 units in Block A, 23 units in Block B, and 24 units in Block C. The buildings are designed as ground + 4 floors (G+4).
