Özak GYO is accelerating its efforts to develop new hotel projects that reflect the world-class quality approach of the Ela Excellence brand. It aims to differentiate itself in the sector with investments focused on "niche concepts and high-level experiences" on lands with high tourism potential in Kemer, Çamyuva, Bodrum, Demre, and Didim.

Construction began on Büyükyalı, one of Özak GYO's most valuable projects, in 2016. Located on the shores of the Sea of Marmara, adjacent to the Historical Peninsula, the project offers easy access at the intersection of land, sea, and rail. Designed with the concepts of "humanity" and "good living," Büyükyalı, with its location and the privileges it offers, is among the most notable living projects not only in Turkey but also globally.

Designed by Chapman Taylor, a British architectural firm that has won over 200 international awards, Büyükyalı was planned as a coastal district comprised of four distinct neighborhoods. Revitalizing Istanbul's neighborhood culture with its unique character, the project features all apartments equipped with state-of-the-art smart home systems. Built with the principles of sustainability and natural beauty, the buildings are constructed with long-lasting materials like stone and brick, ensuring their aesthetic value is passed on to future generations.
